Joy MaureenRIPPONPassed away quietly 07/11/2025 aged 89 years. Reunited with her adored husband John. Dearly loved by her family, children Simon and Fiona and their partners Christine and Mike. Remembering a loving and wonderful Gran-Joy with deepest love and fondest memories are Lucy, Jonathan, Sally and Matthew. Extended family members Zak, Kendelle, Lexy all shared in her love along with newly arrived and cherished great-grandchildren Florence and Oscar. All adored her and are already missing her terribly.
Joy was a teacher at Holywell school for 30 years and right to the end remembered her time there with pride and fondness. To the end she could still remember and name many of her pupils, some of whom went on to have children of their own and also featured in Joy's classes.
